Just as Ashton Kutcher replaced Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men, has this young stud replaced Kutcher in Demi Moore's life?

We're not sure, but given the actress’ past history of going for younger men, would it really surprise anyone?

These shots were taken in Hollywood Saturday as the G.I. Jane star, 49, got out of an SUV driven by the young’un and into her own vehicle.

As we previously reported, Kutcher, 33, cheated on Demi with a 23-year-old woman named Sara Leal at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego last fall -- on the same night of their sixth anniversary.

The pair announced their split in November.

Meanwhile, it seems Ashton has also already moved on — with a Demi look-alike! The actor was spotted partying hard with actress - director Lorene Scafaria in an Athens nightclub, along with one of Ashton's business partners.

But the publication had an alleged bombshell of its own to run in place of anonymous quotes about the end of Kim's marriage: Demi Moore cheated on Ashton Kutcher with 27-year old actor Ben Hollingsworth.

Insiders tell the magazine that Moore met Hollingsworth soon after he relocated from Canada to Los Angeles. She proceeded to introduce him around, eventually helping him land a role in The Beautiful Life, a very short-lived series on The CW produced by... Kutcher!"They smoked a lot of weed," a source randomly says about Hollingsworth's days partying with friends at Demi and Ashton's house.One night, Moore supposedly gave her younger pal a ride home - and then have him a ride of another kind!

"They wound up having sex in the back of the car,” claims this mole. “It just kept going from there... [Ben] said she was really hot and she took care of him."

But Hollingsworth reportedly ended the fling because he felt guilty about betraying Kutcher, who had grown into a good friend. No word on exactly when this dalliance took place, but Ashton has been the one in the cheating spotlight recently, following a naked romp in San Diego with Sara Leal. (Thehollywoodgossip).

That's the implication of a story in the National Enquirer. One that has him threatening to sue, claiming the article is a "smear campaign" and "blatantly false."The "story" is plastered right on cover of the November 11 issue with a headline that screams, "Chaz Bono: ONLY 4 YEARS TO LIVE." Pretty overt, and awful.The article cites "expert" opinions about Chaz's weight, stress and medication linked with gender reassignment, concluding he'll likely kick it by 2015.

The Dancing With the Stars cast member, understandably, is royally pissed, and has fired off a letter demanding a retraction and apology for this ASAP.In the letter, Chaz's lawyer calls the story, "blatantly false and defamatory," not to mention "salacious and inflammatory," and "crafted for the malicious purpose of discriminating against our client's gender and sexual orientation."

Enraged over the "misleading and blatantly false" medical "opinions," his lawyer says if the tabloid does not retract the story pronto, Chaz Bono will sue. (Thehollywoodgossip).

After widespread allegations that Ashton Kutcher strayed from his six-year marriage to Demi Moore, his alleged temptress, Sara Leal, is speaking out to Us Weekly, saying that she and Kutcher did have unprotected sex. Leal claims that she slept with Kutcher on September 24th after a night of partying -- including a naked hot tub jaunt -- in the actor's Hard Rock hotel suite in San Diego. But according to Leal, she isn't the one who pursued and seduced Kutcher; it was the other way around: "He just came up and kissed me," Leal said of the beginning of it all, which was also fueled by the








fact that Ashton told her that he was separated from wife, Moore. But as the group hot tub fun dwindled, Kutcher and Leal headed to his bedroom for some private time and that's when Leal claims the pair became more intimate. "He lost his towel and I took my robe off," Leal told Us. "Then we had sex ... He was good." Kutcher may have been "good," but he certainly was not safe. Leal also remembers that Kutcher did not use a condom. Although Kutcher has not outright denied a relationship with Leal, he has taken to twitter to urge the public and his fans to not put any weight into the things that they read as well as to continue to support his wife via the 140 characters or less venue.

The latest? Kutcher tweeted a link to a pair of cufflinks with the abbreviated words "Cntrl" and "Esc" on them writing, "if we are not looking for one we are looking for the other Ctrl Esc." Has Demi Moore finally had it with what one source deems to be Ashton Kutcher's "serial" cheating?

A new Star Magazine cover story claims this couple is headed for divorce because the Two and a Half Men star couldn't keep it in his pants again, this time hooking up with a 23-year old named Sara Leal on September 23rd - a day before his sixth wedding anniversary, which he and Moore did not spend together - at the Hardrock Hotel in San Diego.

The pair allegedly met at a nightclub, with a friend of the mistress telling Radar Online that Leal was due to meet with an attorney last night and is "freaking out" over the situation.“It was definitely a long time coming, but they’re finally done for good,” an insider told Star. “Ashton was a serial cheater, and Demi just couldn’t take it anymore.
